In Odesa, scandals surrounding mobilization continue.
Odesa resident Alena Sholomey writes that in the city, military enlistment officers are picking up men in the evenings, holding them overnight, sending them for a medical examination in the morning, and then to the army.
“Tell me, is it normal at all that in Odesa, men are being grabbed off the streets in the evening, held against their will overnight, and then taken to the military enlistment office in the morning, where they are rushed through a medical examination, barely listening to the ‘patient’s’ statements, declared ‘fit,’ sent to training, and from there, after a very short time, to the combat zone? I’m seriously asking right now,” she writes.
Sholomey published a photo of the place where men are being held overnight.
In the comments, she was told that this is the Malynovskyi Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC) in Odesa.
Earlier, Odesa public channels shared a series of videos showing an Odesa resident outraged that her husband was being forcibly held at the Suvorovskyi District Military Commissariat in the city. He was released after the police arrived.
