The Cabinet of Ministers has allowed military enlistment offices to issue summonses to men regardless of their place of residence.
This is stated in Government Resolution No. 318 dated April 7.
Thus, Territorial Recruitment Centers (TRC) have been granted the authority to send out summonses, regardless of the location of individuals registered for military service.
According to the resolution, TRCs can notify eligible citizens (except for those in the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the Foreign Intelligence Service reserves) for: conscription of officer personnel; conscription of reservists during a special period (those assigned to the operational military reserve); and conscription during mobilization or a special period (regardless of their place of registration for military service).
The second point in the resolution is that TRCs are relieved of the responsibility for preparing and managing territorial defense.
